Ruaha National Park west of Iringa town in south-central Tanzania, the park is located at an elevation of 2,500 to 5,200 feet (750 to 1,900 m) and covers an area of 5,000 square miles (12,950 square km) and was originally part of the Rungwa Game Reserve. The name of the park is derived from the Great Ruaha River which flows along its southeastern margin and is the focus for game-viewing, more than 571 species of birds have been identified in the park. The park was formerly known for its large elephant population.
Udzungwa Mountains National Park with a size of 1,990 km2 .The habitats contained within the national park include tropical rainforest, mountain forest, miombo woodland, grassland and steppe. There is a vertical height range of 250–2,576 metres (the peak of Lohomero), there are more than 400 bird species, 2500 plant species (25% of which are endemic) and 6 primate species. It has the second largest biodiversity of a national park in Africa. Six primate species have been recorded in the park, five of which are endemic. The Irinda red colobus and Sanje Crested Mangabey are only found in the Udzungwa Mountains National Park,
Itinerary:
Day 1: Evening Mikumi National Park Game Drive
Meet your professional driver guide (short briefing) at 07:00am, and drive to Mikumi National Park about 290kms which takes approx. 6 hours. a hot lunch is already prepared, rest a little bit and start the game drive watching Hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffalos, giraffes, elands, Impalas, zebras, lions and others wildlife till sunset, dinner and overnight at Camp Bastian

Day 2: Morning Game Drive at Mikumi National Park
After your breakfast at 06:00am going for sunrise game viewing till 12:00pm, Also visiting the Hippo pools where you get out of the vehicle and take the pictures at a close distance, then drive to Iringa town about 200kmsfor dinner and overnight at Neema Craft Hotel,

Day 3: Ruaha Evening Game Drive
After breakfast at 07:00am drive from Iringa town to Ruaha National Park packed lunch about 136kms approx. 2hours only, upon your arrival check in at Ruaha Park Banda, Afterward continue with game drive watching Hippos, crocodiles, elephants and other animals including giraffes, zebras, and kudus, impalas, ostriches gerenuks, leopards and more than 350 different species of birds till sunset, dinner and overnight at Ruaha Park Bandas.

Day 4: Ruaha National Park Full Day Game Drive
Sunrise game drive with coffer then back to Ruaha Park Bandas for full breakfast and proceed with game drive with packed lunch till sunset through the river drive observing more concentration of wildlife drift for the water drink, dinner and overnight at Ruaha Park Bandas.

Day 5: Ruaha National Park Morning Game Drive
After your breakfast at 07:00am game drive enroute with packed lunch exploring more wildlife till mid noon, then drive to Udzungwa Mountain National Park. Upon your arrival check in at Twiga Park Lodge, short rest and easy trek to St. Bernard waterfalls.

Day 6: Full Day Udzungwa Mountains National Park
Breakfast at 07:00am, and start trekking Sanje waterfalls 200m 7 hours (ascending and descending) with your professional mountain guide via the fabulous view point overlooking the Kilombero plains through the tropical rain forest watching different primates including velvet monkeys, blue, red iringa colobus monkeys and Sanje crested mangabey, more than 450 different species of birds not found anywhere in East Africa. At the pool of waterfalls is naturally wonderful for swimming. Afterwards drive to Mikumi National Park for dinner and overnight at Camp Bastian.

Day 7: Maasai Village-Depature
After breakfast at 07:00am, visit the Maasai village observing their lifestyle, culture, dancing and handcrafts, hot lunch on the way at Morogoro town back to Dar es Salaam
