At Turraco Expeditions, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate our valued guests while also managing our resources effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1.30 Days Notice: Guests who cancel their reservation with at least 30 days notice prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund of their deposit.

2.14 Days Notice: Guests who cancel their reservation with at least 14 days notice prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund of their deposit.

3.7 Days and Less Notice: Unfortunately, guests who cancel their reservation with less than 7 days notice prior to the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.

We encourage guests to notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible to allow us to accommodate other travelers and minimize inconvenience for all parties involved.
